One of our longest and most loyal clients was selling his community-oriented business after more than 30 years in operation. While working together and running the client’s social media accounts, we focused most of the content on the business’s identity and role in its local community rather than the products and services it offered.
When it came time to sell the business and make the transition to a new owner, we worked with our client to tell some of the community's most emotional stories over the last 30 years, all through the lens of this local business. With a strong emphasis on human connection, the social media content we created went viral in the local community.
